You can buy frozen vegetables and fruit to make an array of different healthy snacks!

  • Frozen fruits to make a smoothie
  • Vegetables to make a salad
  • Put fruit in your oatmeal

  • Peanut butter
  • Cheese sticks
  • Nuts
  • Raisins
